Client Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is of primary importance. Results and outcomes cannot be promised or guaranteed. We provide education and guidance with your healing or life journey. Every attempt will be made to satisfy client expectations. It is your responsibility to communicate any dis-satisfaction right away to allow an opportunity for correction and fulfillment.

Time Frames:
All individually booked sessions and/or package of multiple sessions included in a program must be used within 90 days, or the specified time frame of the program.  

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance of the booking time. If less than 24 hours, then scheduled time must be paid for as one of the program sessions whether the client can attend the scheduled session appointment or not. 

Refund policy: If communication of dis-satisfaction and attempt to resolve issues has occurred by Client and Company, then client may request a cancellation and refund of any unused sessions minus any processing fees. Processing fees are based on credit card transaction fees and other expenses associated with the cancellation.
